Digital Flowers

Digital flowers are a course offered by the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign (UIUC). It is designed to be used in Plant Biology courses. It is accompanied by lecture text and offers very useful information about each family of plants and the subgroups. Any student who has to deal with plants, and memorize the vast list of the plant characteristics will enjoy this website. I enjoyed especially the world map which is on the introduction page of each family; it is very useful in narrowing down the local plants of our region and learning about them.
